Program Assistant
Program Assistants support events, programs, communications, community engagement, logistics, and participant experience. They receive practical experience, volunteer certificates where appropriate, networking opportunities, and pathways into future paid roles.

Umpire
Umpires are trained through the Last Man Stands umpiring structure and provide paid officiating experience in LMS Canada leagues. For many newcomers, umpiring becomes a first Canadian work experience and a pathway toward league management and community leadership.

League Manager
League Managers support the coordination and delivery of LMS Canada cricket leagues. Details will be provided as specific openings become available.

Program Officer
Program Officers are core team members trained directly by the President and Directors. They work across nonprofit operations, event delivery, program coordination, communications, sponsorship support, grant and program support, and leadership.

Community Ambassador
Help connect your community with Inclusive Canada Foundation programs. Ideal for community leaders, settlement workers, and people who are well-connected in their local networks.
Campus Ambassador
Help grow the LMS Canadian University and College Cricket League on your campus. Ideal for students who want to build leadership, networking, and sport development experience.
Newcomer and Community Connector
Help newcomers find our programs and navigate their first connections in Canada. Ideal for settlement workers, cultural community leaders, and experienced newcomers who want to give back.
